On May 13th in Poznan Partner Program WOP Conference organized by QXL Poland / brand Allegro/ was held. During the conference Mr Marek Bukowski led a lecture on "Internet Auction portals – are they only an "electronic marketplace ".
The lecture covered the issue of the liability of the internet auction portals for infringements of intellectual property rights in light of the judgments in the United States, Europe and amendment to the Law on electronic services and limits to the involvement of auction sites in the fight against "counterfeit".IEC
