As part of long-term ongoing legal assistance, our Law Firm:
- provides advice on civil, business and commercial law, employment law, tax law and public procurement law;
- acts as counsel for its Clients in courts and represents them in dealings with public authorities;
- prepares, or states its opinion on, draft contracts and other documents required in the Clients’ business;

- develops internal bylaws; provides consultations on their implementation and application;
- takes an active part in preparing transactions involving transformations of the Clients’ legal status or ownership structure, mergers and acquisitions, in particular through legal audits and preparation of the required documentation;
- handles the procedures of the management board offices of limited companies and prepares documents required for registration of changes in the National Court Register (register of companies);
- takes part in sessions of the governing bodies of limited companies and in negotiation of contracts or projects of strategic significance to its Clients.
