A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University, she also covered the curriculum of the Copyright, Publishing and Press Law Study at the Institute for Intellectual Property Law in Krakow.
Additionally, she has completed a course designed for tax advisors and professional bookkeepers, organised by the Regional Education Centre at the Krakow Tax Chamber.
In her professional practice, she specialises in intellectual property law. Her specialisation focuses on the civil and penal aspects of copyright infringement, copyright contracts, software protection, and also unfair competition.
Within our Law Firm, she is responsible for cases and matters involving such areas of legislation as civil, business, penal, and intellectual property laws. |
