He specialises in such areas of law as intellectual property, media, new technologies (IT and e-commerce), and competition.
He is a recognised specialist in collective management of copyright and related rights, and the legal aspects of media convergence, in particular the acquisition, use and protection of intellectual property rights.
As part of his legal practice, he represents and manages the publishing affairs of the Nobel Prize-winning author, Wisława Szymborska, and a number of other celebrated authors and artists.
He is a valued lecturer, who has spoken at a number of national conferences and conducted specialist training programs in intellectual property law and competition law for companies active in the intellectual property, IT and e-commerce industries. |
